The IMF is a German company that was born in 2012 with the need to regulate the performance of European mentors with specific and well-defined criteria, to support them with scientifically proven techniques and tools that give a practical basis for their performance, as well as being a source of reference for the mentors who seek this service and can be sure of the IMF group's performance.

Over the years, IMF has become a global reference, expanding its operations to Asia and the Americas, as well as Europe. The advancement of technology has enabled this meeting between continents and the exchange of best practices in global mentoring, supported by the world's largest universities with the participation of professors, students and alumni from Harvard University and Oxford University.

ACCREDITED MEMBERS

With accredited professionals all over the world, besides having the seal of membership and authority to act as mentors in their country, IMF provides global networking to members and exclusive benefits such as the possibility of participating in the Global Mentoring Summit that takes place annually and free online mentoring in 4 languages every month. To become a member, you need proof of experience in your area of expertise, knowledge at undergraduate and/or graduate level (based on the prerequisites of your area), authorization from your local board to practice in your area of expertise (if applicable), as well as ethical conduct and a good reputation.

Online Mentoring

have 1 (one) hour of online group mentoring conducted by one of our board members, interact with other members of the federation and ask questions about the practical application of the mentoring process. Mentoring takes place in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese - you will receive monthly invitations to all classes and choose your class based on your preferred language;

Techniques and Tools

Receive the kit of scientifically proven techniques and tools for effective mentoring. Also, receive by e-mail all the updates in real time, directly from the world's leading universities;

Global Mentoring Summit

Participate in the annual meeting of IMF's professional members that takes place in Germany and is also broadcast live online. In this 4-day event, our board of directors and special guests hold debates, lectures, workshops and roundtables on the main themes relevant to your practice that year.

Seal and Digital Wallet

Receive a member seal and digital wallet registration number with your personal details and photo. Use them for authority of your performance as a mentor.
